hi there,

we have monthly Parents-Teachers meeting in Permata Playschool. last April's meeting was quite short, we just discussed about the program for the month of May, and for this month, the Permata Playschool will celebrate Teacher's & Mother's Day together. and all the mothers need to participate for a showcase; it's either to have short drama or dancing. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

*I can't dance, I can't act, and the worst I can's sing ... I have no talent in these section, How I wished they can think of something else....sob sob*

we were told in the whatsapp group that two of our beloved teachers will be transferred and replaced by a new teacher .... two teachers going out, and three teachers coming in .... welcome new teachers!

and ........... it's HARD to say GOODBYE to the other two teachers ;(((((( ...................

after the short meeting between Ketua Pendidik and all the parents, we have a small farewell ceremony for the two teachers; cikgu Fiza and cikgu Fara. at first, everyone smile brightly when we saw all the teachers coming out from the classroom, and joined us.

but when the teachers were requested to give their short speech, Cikgu Fiza went first, tears coming from her eyes ;( and most of us started to cry as well. it was quite a sad moment .... I need a tissue, please!

after the speech, the new teachers pulak introduce themselves ... we have cikgu Edayu, cikgu Ain and cikgu Mira ... cikgu Edayu previously teach in Permata Ranau since 2012, while cikgu Ain and cikgu Mira just started their posting, one from Terengganu and one from Kelantan, if I'm not mistaken, while cikgu Edayu orang Sabah bah, sanaaaaa Keningau.... WELCOME teachers.

after the speech, parents lined up to give farewell gift to the two teachers... we hope our teacher, cikgu fiza and cikgu fara feel appreciated by all of us with our little gift, and hope with that small gift from all of us, at least will make them happy though we all knew saying goodbye is hard.

it's time to eat! come and eat secara berjemaah T_T ...

we have potluck on that day ... each family need to bring one potluck food .... seriously, we have a lot of food on that day. all the parents were so kind to bring extra food .... eh, where was mine? I brought fresh buns on that day, and the time I snapped the food, some of the food finished ;) including the fresh bun, tak sempat snap time fresh buns tu time dalam kereta ...

see my lil' Iman here .... he was eating the cupcake with white icing, and some other cakes *he is just like me, a cake lover*, and around his mouth was dirty with the icing :) ... and yes, thanks mommy ilham for bringing a delicious cendol drinks .... lil' Iman asked twice for the cendol T_T

and last but not least, we received this photo from mommy rayyan ... thanks mommy rayyan for sharing it with us.

and to our dearest cikgu fiza & cikgu fara, all the best in your future undertakings ... we all here love you two so much. and thanks for being such a nice teachers for our kids here in Pusat Anak Permata Negara Membakut!

hi there, what kind of mom are me? lil' Iman sudahpun berusia 4 tahun, manakala lil' Amin berusia 2 tahun 6 bulan .... dan selamaour lil' armies ni membesar, tidak sekalipun mrs pip mahupun mr.Husband berikan anak anak ni aiskrim! huh ;( .... kononnya, prinsip kitorang ni nak anak anak makan makanan berkhasiat dan elak anak anak makan junk food.

a good friend of mrs pip told me once, anak anak bila dah masuk sekolah, mmg sukar untuk kita tegah makan junk food, kalau kita tak beri pun, tapi di sekolah mereka pasti akan tahu junk food ni juga ... they will know it through their friends ...

tahun tahun berlalu, lil' Iman pun dah masuk playschool .... so one day, our Iman came home from school, mrs pip tengah masak petang tu di dapur, lil' Iman masuk dapur dan cakap "mommy, mommy, see mommy ... Iman makan aiskrim macam ni", sambil tunjuk aksi makan aiskrim kon ...

and me like ..."what?" ... "Iman ada makan aiskrim di sekolah?" .... risau tak bertempatkan mrs pip ni! .... Iman jawab "Iman nampak di TV" .....

Pertama kali makan aiskrim!

that nite, mrs pip bagitau mr.Husband aksi lil' Iman makan aiskrim ... mr.Husband cakap, eloklah kita yang bagi mereka rasa makan aiskrim berbanding kelak dorang rasa dari orang lain .... mr.Husband cakap lagi, anak anak dah besar, no harm juga kalau sesekali bagi mereka junk food, tapi jangan sampai budak budak ketagih dah lah ....

jadi, di suatu petang yang indah, kitorang pun bawa budak berdua ni keluar beli barang dan terus beli satu pek aiskrim ;) .... kemudian singgah pergi pantai, tapi tak kluar kereta pun, just lepak dalam kereta saja lah , sambil makan aiskrim bersama anak anak ....

cuba teka apa perasaan budak berdua ni yang pertama kali diberikan aiskrim?

dan kemudian suapan suapan seterusnya ....

waktu mr.Husband bagi suapan aiskrim ni, terlupa pula nak ambil video budak2 ni :( ... tapi memang kelakar budak berdua ni makan aiskrim, budak 1st time merasa , ekspresi wajah mereka agak lucu pul mrs pip tengok ...

"ermmmm, sedap daddy, memang sedap.... Iman mau makan lagi" ....

"daddy, sedaaaaaaaaaaaaaappppppppppppppppnya"

"yummy"

petang tu, selain makan aiskrim, mrs pip siap sedia bawa keropok goreng dan sedikit kuih muih yang mak mertua beli di pasar tamu dan bagi untuk anak anak makan :)).... thanks mak mertua.

macam tu lah ayat2 yang keluar dari mulut lil' Iman ... manakala lil' Amin pula lepas makan tu, terus duduk diam .... then lama juga baru dia berbunyi ....

"daddy, apa ni?" ...

"aiskrim kah?"

"ermmmm, sedap .... boleh Amin makan lagi?" ....

dah habis makan keropok, kuih muih dan aiskrim tu, anak anak pun kekenyangan dan yang pasti, anak anak gembira sangat dapat makan aiskrim ....

so little kids , time to go home!

sepanjang perjalanan, lil' Iman tak habis habis bercerita pasal aiskrim, dan tanya berulang kali bila lagi dapat makan aiskrim. muehehe T_T

next time ya sayang. next time mommy dan daddy bawa Iman n Amin makan aiskrim lagi ... insya allah .... and guess what, malam tu anak anak demam batuk dan selesema !

mr.Husband and mrs pip saling berpandangan ... hurm! penangan aiskrim la ni.

sehingga di lain kali, mungkinkah ada aiskrim lagi untuk kali ke-dua?
